Every home needs a focal point, and in this home, it’s the living room fireplace. The original design was heavy and traditional, with ornate details that darkened the space. Our goal was to keep the inviting Mediterranean warmth while giving it a modern, architectural update.
We reimagined the fireplace with clean lines, neutral plaster, and a soft stone surround that draws the eye upward. The result? A sculptural centerpiece that feels grounded yet open, instantly brightening the space and setting the tone for the rest of the home.
“It still feels cozy — but now it’s us,” the homeowner shared after the final reveal.

The master suite was perhaps the most intricate puzzle of the project. Our client dreamed of a spacious, spa-like shower, but the existing layout didn’t allow for both an expansive shower and the large walk-in closet they originally had.
Sometimes, great design requires a little give and take. After studying the space, we realized that slightly reducing closet depth would allow us to create a more open and luxurious shower experience without sacrificing storage where it truly mattered. Custom cabinetry and optimized organization systems turned the smaller closet into a streamlined dream.
The payoff? A master bath that feels like a retreat, with thoughtful lighting, stunning tilework, and a flow that makes daily routines easier and more enjoyable.

In this project, that meant rethinking how the master suite’s square footage was used. We mapped traffic flow, light sources, and storage needs to ensure the final configuration worked as beautifully as it looked. In spaces that lean modern, texture is what keeps them from feeling cold. From woven textiles and rustic beams to tactile wall finishes, these subtle layers maintain the home’s soulful personality while elevating it into the present day.

Updated lighting, cohesive color transitions, and better-planned furniture layouts ensure that the entire home feels both intentional and effortlessly livable.
